"Disorganized and Unprofessional is how I would describe the staff in this office. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a month and no one calls me back. My husband and I went in for a check-up in the beginning of August and were supposed to go back for treatment and cleaning, however I have not been able to re-schedule our appointments. I was advised that they had to call our insurance to confirm coverage and that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. My husband and I both have insurance and did not think this would take so long. Since that day, I have called multiple times and left messages on their voice mail and have not had luck in communicating with anyone that can assist. I was finally able to call and reach a live person 2 weeks after and they stated they would have someone else give me a call back. As of this time another week has passed and no one has called me back. I’m so disappointed because we are now in September and I still have yet to be able to schedule an appointment. It should not be this difficult to schedule a cleaning or reach a live person when calling a dental office."
