"Not a bad dentist, but the billing department they are very bad, they overcharge me a lot of money. I can read and understand statements and can see where your billing department is over overcharging me, they received the insurance money and did the overcharge to me. When I went to talk to them with all the information the lady from the billing department was all arrogant and not nice. I will never go back again. 10/18/23 You guys never call your left a message, a week ago I sent 2 certified letters to you guys 1 to the billing department and 1 to Dr. Amr Enaya, and I still never heard anything from you guys."

"I should have known when I called and they talked badly about my prior dentist that they were a shady practice. After giving me an estimate for some services they tried to blame my insurance by saying my insurance “downgraded” and not it was double the price when clearly they misinterpreted their services. Not only did this happen to me but as I sat there waiting I heard the same story given to another client about their insurance downgraded their service so he owed like 80 more dollars from his last visit. Never going back! I should have known from the first call when they were saying other clients of my prior dentist were upset because that dentist wasn’t doing his job and they had lots of customers with dental issues, they were setting just me up for you may have issues too and it’s going to cost you. Not only that but as they tried to explain why the cost was higher and I said I understood the lady said I don’t think you understand…. To her I say not all your customers are naive. I can read and understand my cost and benefits letters I can read my own statements and can see where your billing department made a mistake in giving me an estimate. And yes an estimate is just that an estimate but to blame others for your poor accounting department is shameful. I hope your tactics don’t work on many and people in town realize what you guys are doing. To add to it all the procedures were done and there was pain for three days the dentist himself was rude and seemed inconsiderate no personal touch."
