"*Mixed Experience at DNTL Hub* During my recent visit to DNTL Hub, I had the opportunity to experience their state-of-the-art facilities first-hand. The dental center certainly offers comprehensive care, with a wide array of services catering to patients of all ages, and there's no doubt that the professionals here are experienced in their field. However, my appointment didn't entirely meet my expectations. I came in for a standard cleaning due to time constraints but was advised to undergo a deep cleaning instead, based on my x-rays. While I understand and appreciate the thorough approach to dental health, I felt there was a lack of flexibility to accommodate my immediate needs. Additionally, during our discussion, the dentist noticed a dental wire and was quick to suggest an alternative treatment plan that included their Invisalign services. When I communicated my inability to commit to a deep cleaning at that moment, I sensed a noticeable shift in the dentist's demeanor. The interaction became somewhat uncomfortable, and ultimately, only a portion of the expected service was provided. While I recognize the importance of following professional dental advice, the approach felt somewhat forceful and not entirely patient-centered on this occasion. This experience has left me hesitant to return for further services."

"Staff is friendly and fantastic - Dentist was understanding, gave options, was fantastic with kids and myself. I had appts for 6 kids plus myself and the staff was efficient and gave each of us the time deserved. I have a son with autism who typically is weary of dentist and he was very comfortable. The office is BEAUTIFUL, Aesthetic, and clean"

I had to go in for dental surgery and all I can say is this is an amazing place. It's so clean and welcoming. The staff are above the best. The Dentist is above and beyond. They are very professional and care about one's individual needs and concerns. If I could give them an infinite amount of stars, I wouldn't hesitate. You're in good hands here!"
