"Dr. Sanford and his staff restored my smile and my confidence! I have always suffered from extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. His gentle demeanor and careful touch went a long way to soothe my anxiety. His staff all seemed to have that same calming ability and worked with me to always make sure I was comfortable! My teeth were damaged in an accident at a young age, along with poor oral maintenance my mouth was a mess! I spent years hiding my smile mostly because of my fear of dental work. I wish I found Dr. Sanford years ago. I no longer suffer any mouth pain and am proud to smile for the first time in decades. I can not express how much I appreciate the entire staff at Galt Dental Care, they have truly changed my life and I will forever be thankful to these wonderful people!"

Anytime I’ve had an abrupt need for an appointment they get me in and work with my schedule. "Brought my son in for a filling, and he wasn't numbed well enough. While he cried, the dental tech chided him and told him it didn't hurt. If I didn't think it would have upset him more I would have removed him immediately. The week before, I got a more than routine cleaning for my first visit, desk clerk didn't bother to call and get authorization, and my insurance didn't cover the procedure. She didn't bother to tell me until AFTER the second procedure on their office, causing further expense. I'm out $200 and her response...I'll be sure to check that in the future, it's a learning experience for me. I said at my expense? She said well I did my best and immediately got defensive. She's not the one out $200 and she's defensive? Will never go back again and will certainly just pay the out of network fee and go to Dr. Roach instead."
