"This particular location is brand new. Some kinks need to be worked out. The lights were auto on during the night, even when I clicked the switch to put them to sleep. Sleep. The shampoo looked like there was shampoo in there but nothing would be pumped out. Small items. The layout of the room is outstanding. Best use of space I've seen yet. Very clean. The staff is absolutely outstanding. We had a very enjoyable stay. Oh, did I mention they have a dishwasher, dishes? A large refrigerator. Second sink besides the bathroom. Two desks. A small apartment basically."

"I've always appreciated the Home2 Suites concept during my stays in the US. However, my recent experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Redlands Loma Linda was underwhelming. 1. Check-In Experience: As a Diamond member, I expected some recognition at check-in, but this was missing. The staff's attitude was not particularly welcoming. Although I was given a complimentary water upon mentioning my membership, the absence of the usual snacks was noted. 2. Deposit and Prepayment Policy: The hotel's policy of prepayment and charging a $100 deposit felt unnecessary and inconsistent with Hilton's usual practices, especially since my credit card details are already on file. 3. Physical Condition: Despite being a relatively new property, signs of wear and tear are evident, particularly in the bathroom wallpaper. This raises concerns about long-term maintenance. 4. Housekeeping Standards: The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It was clear that the bed linens had been used previously (as evidenced by wrinkles, hairs, and spots) and there was visible dirt on the floor next to one of the beds. This is a major lapse in hygiene standards. 5. Noise Levels: The proximity of the room to the highway resulted in considerable noise from braking trucks, which significantly disturbed our sleep. In summary, this particular Home2 Suites location does not seem to uphold the standards typically associated with Hilton properties. I would advise potential guests to consider other options to ensure a more pleasant stay."

"If you like hot showers, DON’T stay here. I stayed for one week and I got one barely hot shower. I asked multiple times for maintenance to come look at it and at one point, the girl at the front desk told me that they had offered to have me stay next door at the Comfort Suites and I declined. She literally made that up on the spot. No such conversation had ever taken place. When I checked out, the front desk staff was very rude and barely even looked at me. I’ll never stay here again. Very disappointing!"

"This is the perfect hotel for a business person. It has everything you need in a minimalist yet colorful and inviting design. Excellent complimentary breakfast, fitness room, pool and jacuzzi. There is a small 24 hr market with snacks, drinks, frozen entrees and desserts. The guest rooms have a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and nice solid dishes, glasses, and utensils. Extremely comfortable bedding, a huge TV, a clever pull-out desk/table design that gives ample space for eating or working, and environmentally responsible lighting throughout the room. Well-designed bathroom with a sleek shower and great amenities in large bottles to reduce waste. This brand is a big win for Hilton!"

"I was so impressed with this hotel. I was expecting much less than what I got. The place is not really on a walkable area but who walks in the IE anyways? You drive everywhere! Conveniently located near some fast food and the Citrus Plaza shopping center. Regarding the hotel, the check in and check out was ultra easy with kind and attentive staff. Room was large, cleaned with a good bathroom and a kitchenette with even a dishwasher. Their breakfast was amazing. So many options with great flavor. I was highly impressed. They could give quality lessons to other 5 starts hotels that I have been to. Nothing bad to say. I really enjoyed my stay and I will return every time I’m in the area."
