"Today I divided to order curbside and they took 25 minutes I could have just gone drive through smh then I go to knock on the door and they lock the door so no one can go in . When I got home to eat my cold food it looked pathetic sloppy no effort at all and tasted old and over seasoned smh. These people want 20 dollars an hour for this poor service always forgetting items no napkins no sauces you clearly asked for on the app it’s ridiculous."

"We went for dinner. Apparently the lobby doesn’t open until 5pm, so we waited outside until 5pm. There were multiple employees sitting around eating inside while we waited outside 10 minutes after 5. They only started cleaning or doing any work at 5pm when they were supposed to be opened already. Multiple employees came out and said it would be a few minutes meanwhile employees were still just inside eating. Even at 5:10 they said it would be a few minutes and that it was the managers fault. There were several customers waiting outside and several people even left."

"Lobby closes from 3 to 5 pm. We are standing out here at 5. Workers are sitting at tables eating. Noone will let us in. They said they have to clean first. Other worker said he wasn't sure why. We have two young children. Multiple workers came out and said they would open soon."

"I went here yesterday because I forgot my lunch at home. I ordered a mc double and a 4 piece nugget off the 2 for value menu. Why does this location NEVER give me honey mustard? I stopped coming her for that reason and because the fries were yucky last time. But it had the shortest line and I had to grab and go to work so I bit the bullet. Drive through did not ask what sauce I wanted, I saw them put BBQ on the order display. I do not like BBQ sauce. I asked her "oh can you please put honey mustard as the sauce" she said "yes no problem" and I said "ok thank you!" She said you're welcome. So I assumed I would finally be getting my honey mustard. Then I get my bag and drive off because people behind were rude. And I check the bag at the 1st red light... 2 BBQ SAUCES. Zero honey mustard. I was extremely disappointed. This happens all the time at this location. It's a waste of product because I do not like BBQ sauce and end up throwing it away. On top of that one of the patties on my mc double was shredding and falling apart and the other had a chunk was missing that looked like a bite (pictured). I gave 2 stars because they were fast and the nuggets were actually fresh this time."

"I usually come here late night because I’m off late at night, I don’t really care about how long it takes because I know it’s usually just 2 people working at night. But, this is the 3rd time my food has been under cooked and raw. It was so raw and undercooked it was still frozen solid in the middle. Ordered two meals and both sandwiches were like this. Not sure if anyone else considers this raw but, I definitely didn’t want to eat this."
