"If I could give a 0 review I would. My 75 year old African American mother went in this store today (which she has frequented over 25 years) and needed help with her ATM card. She called me, her daughter, asking what the problem was and I realized she was entering the wrong pin. I told her to try it again and when she asked the young guy, I heard him tell her to STOP TALKING TO HIM. At that point I immediately went to the store where my mama was sitting outside the store on her walker. When I addressed this issue, the guy lied and said he did not say it, bit changed his tune when I told him I heard him. I told him he should have more patience with the elderly since the store is located by 2 senior buildings or is this how he treats elderly customers who may need some help who are not Chinese. He had absolutely no response when I said that. Very disappointed and I will call the BBB"
