Found out they gave me the wrong part an hour later and when I came back took my receipt away and the part, and refused to give anything back. Combative and extremely unorganized."

"Honestly, I’m just tired of shopping here. Used to be a great place to get cheap parts. Now i constantly have to make sure my parts aren’t coming in broken. This is the third time in a row I’ve received something just completely broken! Like I said, USED to be a great place to get cheap parts. When in all reality you’re just paying for already broken parts. Save yourself the absolute hell I went through w these people."

"Sells a lot of broken parts. Very slow service. Very rude untrained people working the location. Sad because the website looks promising till you realize it’s just a just a badly run Chinese family business. Cheap yes but this is a what I get for buying cheap. Learned my lesson and wasted 4 hours driving to this place twice."

"They sell different parts for the body, but at a reasonable price. They are professional. They help you to find the right parts for the right car. They accept credit cards, cash, and debit card, but they do not accept payment over the phone, no matter how you want me to make a payment. Debit card, credit card wire money, they don’t take it over the phone. So for the payment, you have to drive there to get the parts and if they don’t have the parts and you want to order the parts. You also have to drive there one time to make an order for the parts, make a payment, and the next day or two days later come back to pick up the order. they are very friendly and helpful."
