"I wanted to buy some part for my car that I knew how much it cost online. I just didn't want to wait and visited this place to get it from there. And this dude with nose piercing without even mentioning the price, he asked me if I was going to pay cash or card. I asked to know the price & he didn't like it. The price had $140 - $150 d/ce from what I expected. Then when I tried to show him the part on my phone to confirm what I wanted, he started saying this is not ebay this is autozone & blah. So, b/c its autozone I have to pay $150 more for the same part I wanted ? Very disrepectful and unprofessional."

This person was just as professional to help me with my return as they were when I made the purchase. I was there after 8pm on 09/20/2023. I made a purchase at the 27th St. location on 09/07/23, the staff at this location are very professional and helpful. I definitely will drive the extra 5 miles for great customer service. Thank you Auto Zone, the difference from this experience and the one on MacArthur Blvd is like night & day."
"I've gone a few times at their opening time but the gate has not been open. I called at 7:35 and someone answered. They said they were open but I could see the gate closed from my car. That's why I'm giving it three stars, the person answering."
