"Always check their inventory online first. The online inventory will tell you which location has the vehicle you r looking for. Also, there is a price list online. That way you know how much the part is going to cost."

"I travelled here today with a friend, who was dropping off a car for the buy back programme. We had a little trouble finding the place and arrived a little frazzled. The lady that helped us was incredibly kind and made the whole process as easy as she could for my friend. There is a little wait involved, but this is beyond their control so it did not impact on the great service we received."
