"Fun place to boat watch. There is a small store nearby that sells Tshirts, caps and memorabilia from this area. They also have snacks and a great variety of cold refreshments."
"This is the mystic whaler off Channel Islands! Great experience! Channel Islands is one of the best place to visit here in Ventura or Oxnard area lots of restaurants and things to do from boat ride island tours, kayak and a lot more."
"The harbor itself is great! However the employees working were very questionable. When we first arrived it was pleasant. However, when directed as guests there was very poor communication. Harbor Patrol botched it three different ways 1) did not direct us to the correct guest stay area 2) lacked motivation to show us or even provide us with a map. 3) failed to program the gate key to the guest zone. They (“punched in the wrong date”). I recommend you stay far away as possible from the neighborhood near the harbor. That neighborhood looked like they had recovering addicts living there. We were harassed and unwelcome. Good luck!"
"Great spot to hang out, water activities, or eat (Ms. Olson's is a can't miss). Also, a nice Farmer's market on Sunday."
