Best Western Plus Gardena Inn & Suites

"************ Watch your credit card people!!!!!! These folks took $177 that was not authorized from my credit card. I paid in FULL before i checked in as it was a non-refundable reservation. During booking, no where did it say Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Labor day weekend would be charged at a different rate for each day. They charged me almost $200 ( one night was more) for one night for this not so good place for lack of a better word. I was trying to save money by staying here, and ended up spending what i would have spent in a 4 star hotel. ****** To this hotel, you would be a more serious and respectful business if you disclose your fees and the way you book and charge on your website so customers can be aware of what they are paying for. It is wrong to go into customer's credit card and take extra $177 after you have issued them a receipt upon reservation. That is unfair business practice. I travelled quite a bit and have stayed at different hotels. This hotel was my lowest and i guess i got what i paid for. Wrong!! Wrong!! Wrong to take your customers money in a shady business way. They gave me a $100 e-gift card to use because i stayed 4 days. I am SCARED to step my foot into any of their facility again so, the $100 will be a waste a guess. Very sad!!!"

"I had an exceptional experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the room was spotless, and the modern amenities exceeded expectations. Omg, bed was so comfortable that I haven’t slept that well in the last 5-6 years. The hot complimentary breakfast was plus. A lot of options in breakfast. A lot of free parking spaces for the guests. The service was impeccable, the room was well appointed & clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I really appreciate all the staff who work there as specially Miguel, Erika & Vick. Overall staff was very welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. I highly recommend BWP gardena hotel for its outstanding hospitality. I ll be back soon. Thank you so much."

"Me and my friend stayed here and it was the worst experience. We were out every single day exploring Los Angeles and we would only come back at night.we paid over $800 for this hotel. Every night we came back the front dest guy “Miguel” was soo rude and mean to us for not reason. He would make rude comments just as we were enter the hotel like “ oh you still here?” And “you guys need to leave”. So disappointed. The rest of the staff were nice. Cleaning and breakfast ladies were great but this was just too disappointing. We’re on vacation and honestly on the last days of our vacation these interactions ruined our trip. O kept thinking, we’re guests, respectful and just trying to sleep here. What’s with being so rude for no reason. Another day we went down to confront Miguel and he threatened my friend and said “ you guys will never stay at this hotel again, just watch”. I’m not sure if he’s the hotel manager or what but he is terrible and disrespectful. It’s unfair we had to deal with this"

"I was her to meet a client that was between buying and selling their home. I was here twice to meet with them, I was impressed with the rooms. Roomy, nice furniture and a table. It was a decent size table, for the documents being signed. The parking lot was nice, and well maintained, plenty of parking. Only one entrance off of Western, sides were locked. I imagine for security reasons. I came from the North side street so I had to make a left on Western to get to the open entrance. The clients I met were happy with the place, I was offered coffee or tea, it's available in the lobby. If I was in need to stay somewhere, these would definitely be an option I'd consider."

"The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you'd expect from a good Best Western Plus. The shower had a nice waterfall shower head. The staff was very nice and friendly. The area around it seemed a little sketchy, but we were fine. it was quiet too. Only was there 1 night."
