"I liked it they rooms clean but they just went up $120 when it use to be $90"
"I went to sunrise inn and paid 90 for a room with dirty sheets. I talked to the front desk person and she said she couldn't refound me my money but I could get another room. And OMG what a surprise I got another dirty bed sheet. At the end I decided to pick up my things and leave. I ended up going to Redondo Beach inn a block away. Their beds are clean and also the price was cheaper I paid 70 for my room. Don't waste your money at this sunrise inn."
"Manager was very short never tried to fix our problem with a booking, only when I offered to pay in cash did she decide to help us. I’m missing my wallet and she refused to help, never even asked my room number just said “my housekeeper good, clean everything, nothing in the room” the man at least tried to help but when I asked for him she refused to put him on the line. I lost my wallet so I asked “do you have a lost and found?” She said no, I say “so if someone leaves anything you just take it?” She said “yes, your stuff your responsibility” so I asked “so you steal people’s money when they leave it?” She hung up. I’m very furious. Do not give this establishment money. And god forbid leave anything in a room."
"they lady in the office didn't speak English that well, but she understood what I was trying to say. she helped me herself with my issue. housekeeping was very good also. clean large rooms. good stay"
"Good location, quiet area, small refrigerator and a microwave. Clean and spacious rooms. Cable TV on a big flat screen. Small parking lot but enough for registered guests."
