"Horrendous place and experience. I should have known when I booked on Expedia and did not check the reviews on Google. The customer service is appalling and this is another outfit not run by professionals. Made us wait outside to check in and their gates are locked until they "confirm" the reservation. Absolutely do not recommend. My colleagues needed a place close to work to stay and please do NOT USE this outfit."
"It was kind of a dump but at least clean and quiet. There was no place to secure my very expensive electric bike and i was told very rudely by the clerk that i could not take it with me to the room. I was not going to leave it unsecured in that neighborhood so i had to chain it to the railing outside my room. Will not be returning again."
