"Please BEWARE of Dr. Anupriya Razdan!! She is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and diagnosed me with a SERIOUS issue agter only being seen by her no more than 3 times and NEVER discussing her diagnostic impressions of me.Im just now finding out this diagnosis ony own 3-4 years later. I was having symptoms of a health issue not diagnosed at that time and she labeled me as a liar. AVOID her if you are seeking ethical and quality mental health treatment. It's unfortunate that a mental health provider is so unkind, biased, judgemental, and unwilling to actually put in the effort to actually help people that are seeking it. She is a great example of why people distrust medical providers. It's a she and she is absolutely disgusting and should not be a provider. She was the worst doctor I've ever encountered and that doesn't say much since she's connected to a hospital/company known for violating its patients legal and ethical rights. I'm the fool for thinking Dr. Razdan could be trusted and helpful."

"I'm so disappointed with this kaiser for the first time. I love it here. But I came for a physical due to a request from my employer which required a form to be filled out by the doctor. I get a call to pick up my form on Monday 03/20. I drive almost 30 minutes since this is the closest kaiser to me just to be told my form is lost but i will receive a call the following day. Don't receive anything so I decide to call the following day which finally had someone start working on it. I pick up my form, which was given to me very professionally in a sealed envelope however, when I opened it a BIG coffee stain filling almost half my form. How is that okay?! I'm very disappointed. Not only did I waste gas but now my form is going to make me look unprofessional to my employer just because someone decided not to be cautious of what they're doing."

"First and foremost, I have to acknowledge the girls at the optical check-in desk; they have ALL been nothing but friendly and a pleasure to speak with! And now, for the incident that led to this review. I was happy I found a pair of glasses that were stylish and fit, until they didn’t. The new frame was causing irritation and kept sliding down, causing problems breathing, even after several adjustments. I eventually had no choice but to exercise the 30 day exchange policy and pay for a more expensive frame. The new frame seems fine so far, just needs to be adjusted, but the lens Kaiser used for the replacement frame, IS CLEARLY OF INFERIOR QUALITY! Rough unfinished edges and chalky compared to all the lenses I purchased from Kaiser previously. When I brought that to their attention during pick-up, I was dismissed and told I had already used my one time exchange. I reiterated I was not asking for a new frame and even offered to pay to somehow have these cheap lenses reflect my old lenses, and the reply was it had nothing to do with money. Once I reached home, I compared my LESS EXPENSIVE old lenses to the new ones and the difference is EVIDENT. Just feels like they cut corners on my new replacement glasses and I am being penalized for ultimately requesting and paying for a new frame. Moreover, I am now forced to find another optical place to address this matter for me. Questionable business practices and no regard whatsoever for customer satisfaction."

"The ambulantory surgical unit is amazing. The staff is super friendly, kind and very professional. They have everything from check-in to pickup down to a science and it is a well running surgical center. I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of while there. And a week later, I received a get well soon card from all the nurses... Wow!"

"It’s so beautiful and welcoming place, didn’t even know it existed here in this area. This Kaiser was so cleaned and organized. Even staffs, Doctors were super friendly and helpful. They sure know how to welcome patients and make us feel more comfortable. Great place to come by."
