"I've been going to therapy here for 5 years! Lourdes my therapist has been the best. She understands me so well and makes me see myself in a different perspective. Living with bipolarism has been really challenging and it was hard at first to understand my condition. Lourdes has helped me so much with coping skills and forms of dealing with my disorder. I thank her so much for dealing with me and too all the staff thats so understanding."

"I had a frustrating experience with this medical practice. The staff seemed unaware of my medical history, which resulted in repetitive prescriptions for medications that caused me discomfort due to my IBS. Dr. Jung's approach was disappointing as he appeared confident in his opinions, but his theories about certain medications left me feeling that my time was wasted. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from a different psychiatrist who prescribed a medication that has greatly improved my well-being. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Dr. Peterson, who I found to be quite unpleasant."

"Lourdes blames patients for their problems and cancels appointments without notice. A therapist should be supportive and understanding, not blaming patients for things that are outside of control. Canceling appointments without notice is also unprofessional and inconsiderate. Have you considered reassessing your approach to provide the support and guidance we deserve?"

"My doctors are great but the people they put on the phones make me want to kill myself. Not super helpful for a mental health clinic. They should fire the receptionists and get new ones because the patients aren’t going to make it to the doctors if they are treated like that."

"This place abuse my own mental health. Beside Doctor Baig and the therapist Melissa and two other staff. The director of this place abuse my information."
