"We moved into this complex a month ago. The complex and apartments are very modern, clean and well maintained. Good and convenient parking. The moving process was easy and pleasant. Thanks to the staff of this complex for this. Special thanks to manager Kristin Kavaldjiev. She was always quick to answer all questions, answer calls and was helpful from start to finish. Also many thanks to the Maintenance department, to Christopher and his team! All work on the apartment is carried out quickly and efficiently, no requests are ignored. Many thanks to the new house, we really love it!"

"Things are getting out of hand in this building. It’s not tenant friendly. They raised the EV charging price 3X overnight. It’s now more expensive to drive electric than using gas. They changed some of what used to be low emission vehicle parking spaces to be paid parking. Package theft is rampant. Have lost an iPhone, a passport, and multiple packages. Building is of no help to solve the problem. As if there’s not enough issues, now Airbnb has been allowed to let more strangers into the building to risk packages. I’ve yet to have them get the call box to call my phone number, they just can’t figure it out after multiple requests. Management unfortunately, is disconnected, and has a pattern of finding nickel and dime opportunities. The only shoutout goes to maintenance staff. The guys are solid. Update to response : Response to EV charging is incorrect. The price has been increased per unit of electricity. This does not have an impact on vehicles plugged in for longer periods, but for regular vehicle charging. Secondly, it is actually ILLEGAL to charge more than what the utility charges for this particular case, as a landlord. This is not a public charging station. (California Code, Public Utilities Code - PUC § 739.5) Response to package theft is a direct demonstration of what my original review says. You’re just throwing in the towel, instead of doing your part."
