"It used to be a nice and quiet place to live but management recently changed and can't seem to hold things together anymore. In the last couple months I've been threatened with fines and threatened to have my car towed from the private lot. In both cases I had done everything right and the landlords were wrong and the reason the threats kept coming is because they couldn't be bothered to update their computerized rent system or didn't know how to use it. Sad, really."
"The community functions at the whims of the community managers since there is no other point of contact you can communicate with or cc to the emails. The current community manager does not bother to respond to emails or send acknowledgements, etc. We were close to our move out date when the screen of our patio door got pushed out of its track/bracket. We had the same issue in the past where we raised a request and Sergey helped us fix it, since we did not want to tamper with it ourselves. We were moving out shortly after the incident this time, hence we left it unfixed to find out we had been charged for the patio screen to be ‘replaced’. We obviously knew they would make us pay for it if they had decided so, but can we not even expect a reply to our emails?"
"I used to stay with my friend in this apartment and they are not good, I found carpet beetle issues and water leaking from the top floor."
"I have been living here for almost a year in 2 Bed and 1 bath apartment. Very neatly maintained apartments, Annie the property manager is rock start - Superb response time, and hard working. Apartment has great Natural light, and Kitchenette is new and nice. A plus - Ample parking on street and easily accessible. I would rate it 5, if this apartment had 2 bed 2 bath.."
