"They are very thorough and caring. I have great confidence in their recommendations and assessments. I wish the process were a bit faster- I was the first appointment of the day and it took over an hour for routine checkups for my dog and cat. There was a lot of downtime between steps that I wish could have been quicker. It is definitely on the expensive side, but they are transparent about getting approval before procedures."
"So thrilled I found this place! I have 4 cats and live in Oakland. It took me a while to find a vet place I liked. My experience with Providence has been great. First up, their front desk is quite impressive. Very pleasant to interact with, well organized, and they actually do follow up when they say will. I often have some cat issue so have gotten to know some of them. I also love our vet Dr. Mung. She is a good doctor, patient, and very kind. I have also had many wonderful vet tech (Tinnay, Jessica, and another woman whose name I am blanking on - my apologies). Lastly, I feel like they "care" about my pets. That means a lot to me and frankly is priceless. When I think about the best money I ever spent, it's on care for my Kitty Kids."
