"The hostesses seemed to lack basic procedural training - I had to actually offer to add my name and number to a list when they didn’t prompt me. We got steak and eggs, the steak requested medium came out well done. Lobster omelette was tasty but lobster also overcooked and the beurre blanc was runny like a moat around the omelette. Also received the wrong toast the first time around. We didn’t complain because another situation took priority. View of the harbor was lovely from our table by the window. Prices were reasonable. We will likely go back to enjoy the view, and we walk around shelter island almost every weekend… but have realistic expectations for mediocre food. Keep it simple!"

"We are here at Humphreys restaurant getting something to eat before we attend a ZZ Top concert at Humphreys by the Bay! The restaurant is very nice and has a great View on the bay! Has great atmosphere and the service was very good and the decorations are very good as well! This is our first time to this particular restaurant and we were impressed! The food is decently priced and delicious! There is plenty of free parking across the street! We will be back sometime in the future! :-)"

"Perfect day in San Diego, but they can't control the weather. Atmosphere inside is elegant with live band, friendly staff, great food. Great hang out spot a step above a bar (several steps). View of the docked yachts. Ability to go outside to chat. Would definitely come again. Yellowtail tacos were amazing. Salad with salmon fantastic."
