"Customer of two webinars on the subject of 1031 exchanges over the past year (One in May '21, one in September '21), at a cost of $25 for each webinar. Essentially, the same regurgitated information on both, even though I was hoping for more new information on the second one. Third webinar is offered to me in their email newsletter for updates on tax law only about a month since the previous one (Last one was on Sept. 24th, 2021). Discount should be extended to customers who have already purchased one or more webinars on the SAME SUBJECT (especially with the last one being hardly a month ago). ---- Reply to owner's reply: Let's set the record straight here - the discount was only extended after I complained. And, the discount was really a joke to be honest. It still doesn't address my primary complaint which is that if you are going to have the same content presented again and again, but you continue charging the same customers, again and again, you should offer a bit of a discount. That shouldn't matter if you are a member or not."
