"Stayed here for a week on business. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was a nice size and very clean. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants which was a plus. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was getting parking validated each time you wanted to leave the garage and I had several times that the validation did not work. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area."

"1 star for the fact they have NO ROOMS SET ASIDE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES TO PETS!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe that a place with over 171 rooms does NOT set aside a block of rooms for people with allergies!! Other hotels by the same company does why not here??? When has humans become the minorities!!! We contacted the hotel on our way in and was advised no rooms were set aside for people with allergies but the agent said he talked to his manager and ensure we were on an upper floor and housekeeping would go in and ensure no signs of pets where in the room. We arrived after 9pm and the guy at the desk brought up the “pet thing” to me but advised housekeeping went up to the room to ensure it was good. it became a banter back & forth about the pet friendly hotel -- yes- I get it!! Your pet friendly but why NOT 1 room set aside for people with allergies??? I was getting upset and he didn't care!!! It seem like he took it personally and before we knew it we were sent to our room and it WAS NOT on the upper floor like we were told ON the phone by the agent earlier. I think he switched room on us? When we got to the room I didn't smell any animal at first but as we settled in and showered I started to smell the scent of a dog! And it kept me up all night- NO Good nights rest. Oh and there was 2 pubic hairs on the toliet!! So I doubt cleaning went in and inspected before we arrived because he switched the rooms!! Well guess what!! When I woke up I had a slight red mark on my neck that turned into a huge red rash! Looked like hives and it was itchy! I have never had anything like this before? It's now a week later and the redness and itchiness is gone but it's still there?? I kept thinking I ate something? Maybe it was the sheets? I was allergic to the detergent but just maybe it was from an ANIMAL sleeping in the bed and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly?? We love dogs but I don't want to sleep with a dog? I don't want to have a rash or allergies so I don't own a dog! We will NEVER BE BACK here!! Not even comped parking not even a clean room Not even an ounce of sympathy!! Marriott got it WRONG!!"

"Rooms are cozy and chic. 2 options for parking. Either by valet or public. Valet is $40 a night and public is $25 a night but a short walk away from the hotel."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room for 5 days even though I kept requesting service. The shower head broke when I was showering. If you want more than 5 hangers, the front desk isn’t able to get you any. I could go on and on about even more issues… AVOID"

"Nice clean rooms, easy access to the freeway. Free bottled water. Friendly staff. Nice hotel bar. The problem was that they nickel and dime you at every turn and all of the extras are expensive! This is a basic, cheap hotel with no hot tub! Breakfast: We went to breakfast and we did not know how pricey it was. $22/pp. We came a little later and the place was stripped clean of most of the food. Everything was nearly empty, including the drinks. One guy was working and taking orders. We sat at a dirty table with someone else's garbage piled up and never removed. Our omelettes were pretty bland and oily. It took an extraordinary amount of time for the drinks to be refilled so we could have some water. Bar: The bartenders were great and personable, but the drinks were incredibly expensive. $16 for well plus $1.24 for tax and $2 tip is $19.24 per drink. A drink with Tito's was $24 but the Casamigos was only $17. Pretty ridiculous for basic drinks. Parking: $40 per night valet and $25 per night for valet. Their little convenience store, I heard cost $4.50 per soda. Lol! Great time with family, so we were happy enough to suck up the cost and sneak away to drink in our rooms and have our next breakfast elsewhere."
