"If you value your time, be prepared to spend 20 minutes every day moving your car and looking for parking. Zero parking after 3pm, holidays and weekends. You are given 1 garage spot for each apartment. There is no guest parking except for one street (Ruby Drive) that is full 98% of the time, which leaves you to have your guests’ park on the street that requires a City B permit, risking them getting a ticket. they share the lot with the restaurant next door (Ensenada surf n turf), which you also have to move your car by 10am any day you park there. The gardeners love to start bright and early two days a week at 8am, so the gardeners will wake you up to move your car. The lady that works the front desk is a sweetheart and is accommodating when she can be, this is not a reflection of her. A parking structure needs to be built for the community.."

"We have been living in this apartment community for over 3 years and it’s been wonderful. Even though parking is a hassle sometimes, the apartments are really nice, it’s also a really nice and calm area, the pool area is always clean, and the management and staff are super nice and helpful."
"Serrento Management is the best! They are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Although parking is an issue (as EVERYWHERE in Fullerton) they maintain the property grounds and keep the apartments up to date."
"I lived here for 5 years never any parking you'll spend three hours looking for parking they only give you one garage parking...management doesn't ever clean the pool cut the grass or maintain anything !"
