"We been having a issue with the carpet poor quality, they replace it 2 years ago and it's falling apart. The carpet with high traffic area is pulling apart so we request a maintenance order they came and fixed it. Now after vacuum again it's coming undone and another part where a nail was sticking out which I stepped on and was bleeding, so we did a work order for that the maintenance guy came in with a bad attitude and very rude, and they never give you a time and when they do they are never on time or sometimes no show. Amd I just found out they will be sending someone to repair the carpet on February 16 and we are at February 1? Wow long time I place the order January 30. The on-site mangers are helpful and keep the grounds clean, the building manger Sally is helpful and polite to talk to and amazing attitude."

"Okay ,, we asked for our kitchen floor to be fixed. Even though the the foor is about 15 to 20 years old and has marks on, they wont replace it until it gets much worse."

"We lived here for almost 8 years. Great place, and responsive/helpful management. The complex is older which means the layouts are actually really spacious. Our 1 bedroom felt large and open. The top floors have vaulted ceilings with big windows that view all the beautiful greenery. The living room is large, the kitchens are good sized And the bedroom also felt larger than a normal master in most apartments. The park-like Landscaping give a serene vibe, and is what initially drew us to decide to make it our home. We can peacefully walk our dogs or just enjoy the outdoors on our way to the mailbox. They really committed to keeping the landscaping beautiful the entire time I lived here. The neighbors and the community are all respectful and kind. Plenty of washers and dryers on site, I didn't have to wait for someone to unload. The whole community is gated which helps make it more secluded and safe. Most of the onsite parking is inside the gated. There is also limited garage parking available if you get on the waitlist. Management goes above and beyond to meet any needs. Diego even helped me move large heavy loads once in a while which I am grateful for since I have a bad back. Overall this is probably the best apartment complex for the price in Fullerton, possibly the best in the whole of North OC. It is reasonably priced too. Give Pepperwood a chance and you will not regret it."
