"Worst experience ever!!!! Very unprofessional & rude!!! Last minute cancel our application & were left no where to live with our 3 under age children. If I could rate this place a 0 I would these people that are in charge of the application are very disrespectful as if we are asking to live here for free ! They told us to tell our landlord that we would be moving out 2 weeks prior to us moving in to this place .So that they canceled our application 1 day prior to moving in! They don't care treat you with kindness Laura is very rude told me to just find elsewhere to live ! Very unprofessional they made me bring paper work each time instead of them making a list wasted my gas , time , money & days from work ! Regret not seeing the red flags on these reviews!"

"Was supposed to move in on the 5th of February, gave all the paper work I needed to give, ran my credit, even bought new furniture I needed for the place. They just called me today, the 1st of February and told me I don’t qualify. “I make too much money” are you serious? Why wouldn’t they tell me this weeks beforehand and now just 4 days before I’m supposed to move in!? The management at these apartments are a MESS! They are extremely irresponsible and unorganized! Thanks for wasting my time and money!"

"Stay clear of this place! They raise the rent every 6 months and they close the pool during the summer. Everything is Mickey Moused and nothing every REALLY gets fixed. I have had more plumbing issues than I can count but have given up on them ever being properly fixed. I just keep buckets and potty pads inder my sink hoping to reduce the effects of mold which I'm certain that I have! Because this is low income housing they treat us like second class citizens! I believe they may be cahoots with ISIS as well! If you have a desire to be treated like a second class citizen then this is this place! New owners took over about a year ago and have made it a living hell for all!! They need to officially close the pool and put in a water splash pad and fix the basketball hoop and unlock the play area so the kids actually have something to do around here! In the last 6 months they have raised rents any where from $100-$600. They are charging up to $1800 while some folks have rats, cockroaches and even bed bugs!!"

"Drugs, noise, old everything in the units and mold. Had my air conditioning unit replaced because I found mold spores on the filter and around the unit leading into the wall. It was inside the unit as well. My infant became ill after two months of moving there, shortly after summer really heated up and we began using the unit. She was hospitalized three times in the icu before being diagnosed with asthma just before her first birthday. Mold can cause respiratory problems. And no hot water in the bathroom sink."

"Maybe living here is a good thing but for visitors there is never any parking. And that is a problem. Are we not suppose to visit our families?"
