Welcome to the Wellness Center at Elizabeth Learning Center, proudly operated by South Central Family Health Center (SCFHC). Located at 4811 Elizabeth Street, Cudahy, California, our wellness center has been serving the community since September 2016 through a partnership with the L.A. Trust for Children’s Health and LAUSD. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services that are easily accessible to students and the wider community. Our school-based wellness center makes visiting a healthcare provider as convenient as a walk down the school hallway. We welcome all students, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay, and offer services to everyone, irrespective of documentation status, age, gender, race, or background. Our commitment is to ensure that financial limitations do not prevent anyone from receiving the care they need.
