"Despite the fact that the walk-in clinic was overrun with what appeared to be a significant percentage of the illegal alien population of San Diego County, the staff attended to me - and the huddled masses - quickly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner. I couldn't be less displeased."

"Staff was super nice. Took amazing care of me. Even when I fainted 1 day they said just come back in a day or 2 and you won't have to wait long. And we will finish up the reason for my visit. And they really did what they said they were going to do. That alone speaks volumes for me. Thank you for doing your jobs well and seeming like you all enjoy it."

"I was the first person to sign in right at 9am. I still waited 40+ minutes to be seen knowing I was there for a urine drug test. The procedure for this drug test is so unsanitary. I was asked to pee in the cup, bring the cup out, and was NOT allowed to wash my hands after. I questioned why not and they said it was protocol that I had to sign my name on the computer screen and also test tube samplers with date and initials. Again I said I didn’t want to touch the computer screen until I washed my hands and I was told my test would not be valid if i did that. At no point did I see anybody disinfecting the screen or handing me a sanitized pen to sign. For all I knew everyone that came out of the restroom providing a urine sample was touching the pens and screens with dirty hands. AFTER I signed I was given the opportunity to wash my hands and at no point did I see anyone cleaning the computer screen or placing the pen I used in a “dirty” pile."

"Would give it a zero , but most of the nurses are nice ! However , the front desk people are rude, they will ignore your questions and if they do answer it’s just “sign in and we will call you” . MINIMUM expect to wait 2 hours , even with appointment. If you’re able to another clinic do so ! Something I noticed this past time I went is that they attend a certain company’s clients faster , I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be, but I had been there for three hours and they went in and went out before I even got to go in. They’re also super unorganized, had me waiting for a copy of a paper for 30 minutes, besides the 2 hour wait time because the guy at the front forgot."
