"Gotta love a friendly, locally owned and run service business otherwise dominated by chain stores and mail order options. Bob is a knowledgeable pharmacist and both he and his staff are friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile. One of the clerks waited outside for 5-10 minutes after closing time to give me my medication because I couldn't quite get there in time. Little touches like keeping your credit card on file so they can have everything ready to pick up and go when you arrive. Very skilled at getting refills called in from your doctor's office and even better at negotiating barriers thrown up by the insurance companies. I can assure you: the "conveniences" and potential savings offered by chain and mail order pharmacies vanish after the first problem arises, when Bob and his staff leap into action and solve for you."
