"This rating is for the pharmacy only. No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week, you should expect to wait at least 10-25 minutes just to pick up your prescriptions. I have picked up prescriptions probably about once a month from here for almost three years and the wait time for the pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. They need more cashiers to assist with the pharmacy checkout line. Oh, and if you prepay for your prescriptions online or on the app, you still have to wait in the same line to pick up your medication"

"Appalling customer service from the floor staff. Alright pharmacist. Came to this small dark dingy pharmacy to get a painkiller for headache. After asking for further information from the pharmacist, they directed me to go to the pain medication section and a floor staff member, named Maria, was there holding the key to open the glass shelf. She was the rudest, impatient person I have ever come across. She was unhappy standing next to me whilst I was looking for the right painkiller. When I asked twice for repeated question just to make sure, she just told me off by saying “I just told you”. Disgusting customer service! Your attitude will not increase or decrease your salary hence you have zero care about customer service. Not sure if your performance measure is assessed by the company or if they are aware of your disgusting attitude. You are only good in stacking goods in the shelves. No intelligence is needed there."
