"Love my provider but the clinic could really use more staff at front desk. Calls are hardly picked up and the voicemail is almost always full. It's been more than a month since I last left one and I still haven't gotten a reply. I called today and was surprised someone answered but they hung up on me after asking for my name and birthday."

"My experience here has been quite superb! I currently only utilize the Behavioral Health/mental health services. I have ASD/ADD/depression and was nervous to transition to this clinic when I moved nearby, I truly feel very comfortable coming here for my personal Therapy & Psychiatry. Dr. Ruiz worked with me to find the ideal combination of medicine to treat my Inattentive ADD/depression. The Psych department worker Jenni has also been super responsive on the phone and when unavailable has always returned my voicemail. If I get any other care here I may update this review but I give their Behavioral Health services a 10/10!!!!"
"I’ve been waiting since August 16 for my pills that was prescribed from my obgyn and I haven’t gotten them at all ever since then. I’ve been asking ever since then and made appointment to see my obgyn but someone in the insurance department keeps canceling my appointment. I went to go talk to her in person and she was extremely rude to me talking over me and telling every single staff my personal issues with my insurance. Everyone else is telling me that I can go see my obgyn due to my issue and circumstances but she keeps canceling each time I want to make an appointment. I went to the er today because I’ve been feeling so much pain and this is honestly ridiculous. You need to fire that woman who wouldn’t let me see my doctor and for sharing my personal information to everyone to gossip to everyone in front of my face"
