"I am looking for a good primary care doctor since mine had retired just before Covid and I am having debilitating back pain. I called SMFP and asked for an appointment for an exam and that I was a new patient. The girl asked if it was for an "establsh appointment" or "surgery". I told her I didn't understand what she meant and that I was having acute back pain. I asked her to explain. She said if you come in for "establish" you cannot discuss your back pain. I said that's why I'm coming in to see a doctor. She said I'd have to make another appointment for back pain later. I told her that doesnt sound right. She said there were no appointments for 3 to 4 weeks. I said, you know what, I'll just find another doctor. Thank you. Sounds to me like money is their priority here rather than patient care."
"Dr Hak and his associates are truly magnificent doctors. Each and everyone of them. Dr. Hak is seriously the best GP in Los Angeles . They just moved to this new building and the facilities are fantastic! The staff is welcoming and very organized. They take insurance. You will be in very good hands if you make this your family physician practice . Our family has been with this practice for over 20 years."
