"We were going to buy an outdoor recreation child when we found out in the store the cashier greeted us and asked if we were looking for something specific my husband said yes so we went to the area where what we were looking for was and a child in his 20 ago and 30 years old he came back with his broom and started moving us, he made us around the hall and then he took his broom and left, when we took our item we wanted to go check something else and the cashier said sorry. are closed we apologize for that. We didn't really know what time they closed, it was our fault, but I think the lady could have reminded us of the closing time when we walked in, which the young man did was very rude. I really do not recommend the Big five in San Luis Obispo"

"I called to see if they have specific kids soccer gear in stock and happened to mention that I'd have my two young sons with me. When I arrived, they had already pulled multiple options in my son's shoe size to make it easier for me. The cashier also apply the discount I wasn't even aware of! Very kind, helpful service."
