"The remodeling is nice but it seems more aisles are now in the same floor space. Feels cramped. I also regret seeing that they no longer have a section dedicated to local products. The local products they still carry, fewer than before, are now dispersed throughout the store. All in all, though, it’s a better option than the other big box grocery stores."
"Worst vons I've ever been to. Regularly out of stock of basic ingredients like kosher salt and black peppercorns. Recently bought several items that definitely weren't properly refridgerated before purchase because they had spoiled in the packages. I'm driving across town to get my groceries from now on."
"Made a mobile order on Dec 1. Expedited delivery. Food was marked as delivered. But it was never delivered. Have put in multiple requests for refund. Vons claims I was refunded. But here I am 2 weeks later and I have not received a refund. Incredibly unhappy with this stores service. Do not use the mobile ordering app. It's a scam."
"Closest grocery store to our rental. It's really well stocked, and the fruit truck had been there earlier, so the fresh fruit was beautiful! I found the employees to be friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The store was pretty clean for as busy as it was. Happy to have found this store!"
