"I immediately felt comfortable browsing around the store on my 1st real visit. Staff was very helpful when I had questions, especially when selecting a helmet. Returning a pair of pants that were too short was so easy. Staff and customer seemed enthusiastic in sharing their experiences with riding school which I signed up for immediately after leaving the store on 11/20/23. I appreciate the staff’s frankness regarding not purchasing comms for my helmet until I have sufficient riding experience so it won’t distract me while I’m relearning how to ride. I’m very pleased with my purchases."
