"Great setting and very clean inside and out. The shower faucet could not be adjusted to desired temperature or the hot water was not hot enough. We called and let them know. There was no follow up. We did get a weird phone call from the reception about my name. They also asked us what room number we were in! My wife had breakfast and she enjoyed it."
"This was a cute hotel to stay at. I liked the décor of the hotel and its amenities. The location was good and the pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable to me. The only issue I encountered was how difficult it was to find a parking spot late at night since the parking lot was extremely full."
"Nice and relaxing place. Fireplace, outdoor fire pits,with a pool and jacuzzi. It has a comfortable and casual restaurant The food and coffee were good. Rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. The pillows are soft but too thick for my taste. It has a cool and charming outdoor mall in the back of it. It's a few levels of various types of shops, including food."
"Got a deal through a third party so it was way cheaper. Heated pool was nice but not quite warm enough. The hot tub needed to be cleaned a bit more often especially since they let children enter. Fitness room was small but had all the right items to get a good workout in! Other than that, it was a super cute getaway and conveniently close to everything."
"Charming hotel. Check in was easy but the lobby is overpowered by a faux scent. The grounds were well kept. Overall, more affordable than staying directly in Carmela downtown but more limited options and requires you to drive most places. It sits behind a gas station which isn’t super dreamy but could be convenient. There is a plaza across the street but lacks the charm of the old town."
