"My wife went to try on her dress last Saturday that I got dry cleaned at Premium Cleaners a week before. Unfortunately it was unwearable because the entire dress smelled like body odor. Not even just the pit area, but the entire dress. We were very confused because the last time she wore it, it didn't smell as badly as it did when we got it back. I took it to another cleaner today and the man who took my clothes explained to me that the dress was not cleaned. $17 and my wife's dress was most likely not cleaned but given back in worse condition because of the smell. Never going back here."
