"0 STARS. HORRIBLE company to contract. Had them stop by in November to deep clean couch, and the following day the stains were still there. Couch was purchased less than a year ago so stains were not harsh. Tried reaching out to company to have them reclean the couch or refund the money MULTIPLE times and talk to a manager, but was always told they would reach out. It's almost February and still no word back. I would highly suggest honoring your word and treating your customers well."
