"STOLEN ITEMS—My girlfriend and I walked to Target across the parking lot during our 25-minute wash, and we kept our laundry bag and laundry sheets with our loads. When we returned, we noticed someone stole our stuff. Luckily, they didn’t take our actual laundry. Besides this instance, regularly, a third of the washers smell dank, some dryers don’t even produce enough heat even on high, and some cycle durations vary despite paying the same price rate. The coin machines are regularly out of service, and the available ones don’t accept some denominations. For everyone, laundry is just one more thing we have to do on our to-do lists, and not everyone has the luxury of machines at home. Laundromats are a service to those people, and they’re already expensive enough for a necessity. We shouldn’t have to stress and risk losing our things during it. This is why we can’t have nice things."

"I judge how clean a laundromat is by the liquid container cleanliness. Last time I was here it was a bit dirty. This time, it looked freshly cleaned out. I'll keep coming back as long as they're clean! There is sometimes a bum outside but they've always polite and kept to themselves. I've never been bothered."
"Safe, clean environment to wash and dry my clothes. Lots of choices on size of washers and some even offer credit and debit card options instead of coins. The manager was there once, and he even passed out cookies to everyone in the place."
"Come here to do our laundry. Most of the times you will best be warned to bring your own quarters. 75% of the times the quarter machines are empty and you will be disappointed. Always check them before you do laundry here. Last time I cleaned up 60% of the fabric sheets you see on the floor in the main picture you see. People will not touch the fabric sheets. I do it out of community services and it looks better when the floor is tidy. No system is perfect however can be better if we all pitched in with little effort. At times people (patrons) here are helpful when you speak up or are courteous depending on your perspective and how you conduct yourself as a citizen or behave in a civil manor. Otherwise this is your typical neighborhood Laundromat."
