"Since when are people allowed to walk-in, (without scanning their memberships) and bring their pet to the gym with them?! This is NOT a service animal. Dog kept barking and staff did not do anything about this. I was headed to the restroom when I snapped the pic of this man that is clearly not even in gym attire and his pet was drinking from the fountain."
"Horrible customer service. Lady at the desk turned me away cause she told me my membership hasn’t yet been transferred. I thought I did three months ago when I paid 5 bucks. She told me that’s just to use the gym for the day. I asked for a expection for a military vet. Nope. Had to go all the way home and transfer it online. Phone call didn’t work. Never coming back. Canceling my membership right now. Horrible."

"Of all the PF gyms I’ve been to, this is by far my best experience. The staff is always friendly, the machines are great, and it’s just an overall great atmosphere. Showers and restroom are clean, and the hydro massage beds are amazing( especially number 3!) I would definitely suggest this one if you’re thinking about joining!"
