"I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare with Bluegreen. Ryan Porco was my account manager, he kept me informed every step of the way until I received documentation from the resort stating I no longer had any contractual obligations. I will say it did take longer than I expected (about 5 months) but after some research it appears this is pretty normal in this industry. I am so happy to finally have this nightmare behind me. "Buyer be warned! I retained Molfetta Law for the sum of $5K to negotiate a timeshare exit/cancelation in April 2021 on behalf of my elderly mother who lives in an assisted living home. I was not happy with service within first 24 months. Molfetta Law failed to honor its satisfaction guaranty (timely refund request in writing within 24 months in Feb 2023). They did not provide a timeshare exit/cancelation proposal within 24 months as stipulated. There is no evidence of any action since Feb 2022 when a customer portal was established. Molfetta Law has never returned any phone voice or email messages. Molfetta Law did very little after initial contact with timeshare and evidence shows made no substantive follow-up. Molfetta Law failed to respond to my numerous inquiries both by phone and email. Molfetta Law failed to honor basic retainer agreement guarantees or deliverables. Sorry to say they basically just took our money with little activity."
