"A wonderful office located in Almaden Valley. This is a satellite office they actually don't do the repairs at this facility they have a big autobody repair facility in Santa Clara on Reed St. where repairs are performed. But the Almaden office can do estimates and drop offs for repairs can be done there. They coordinate getting the vehicle to the repair shop and back when the repairs are completed. Dan was the individual that I worked with. Great communicator and work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. Quality all the way!"
"My Audi Q7 had a issue: shark fin antenna is teared off by garage. Daniel at Almaden site is very professional. He keeps me timely updated on the repair progress regarding what has been done and what is next. He is also willing to work with you on plan changes.
