"I had a good first time experience with this service center. I had to fix a broken seat. I worked with folks like Matt to check in my car and get it in queue for repair. I felt that he paid attention to my needs and concerns. You just have to wait since this service center appears to be full and busy. I was provided choices and options (like wait for the repair to be done or come back later). And I was updated while waiting in the lobby. Frankly, I was expecting worse given the other bad reviews. But maybe I got lucky with the right people. I think the mobile app experience could be improved with dedicated people to respond to messages, especially before coming to the service center."

"We don't know what happened and the bottom of Model 3 has a broken panel. It caused big noise since it rubbing the ground. To replace this plastic piece cost me $300! Tesla is never cheap for the replacement. Service people is very nice to us."

"Lied about how long things would take. Wasted a day and nothing was completed. After I picked up car and got home I got a call and was told this would take multiple days when at drop off I was told I could pick up by end of day. Service rep was unapologetic and reneged on what he told me at drop off. Only solution offered was to make another appointment. If I had know it would take longer I could have made other plans. After 3 years of owning, I finally experienced Telsa's wonderful service reputation."

His attitude was cold and disrespectful. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this wasn't just off-putting; it was outright rude. Specific Incidents - When I explained the situation, his responses were as short and unhelpful as a broken pencil. - At one point, I felt like I was talking to a robot with a "rude" setting, and let me tell you, I know a thing or two about AI. - He seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than addressing them, giving me the impression that customer care is not a priority. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call. Tesla, known for revolutionizing the automobile industry, surely can do better in terms of customer service."

"The techs that did my work did a great job. However, the service “advisors” are garbage. Terrible knowledge, very slow to respond in the application that they push so hard for you to use (IF they ever respond). They didn’t even assign a service advisor to my account for two months. Oh, and their business hours are bankers hours compared to any other Tesla service center. Go elsewhere if you actually need timeless."
