"I left my home in the Berkeley Hills this morning and suddenly noticed that one of the tires on my Toyota showed low tire pressure. I drove to the Toyota dealer in downtown Berkeley to see what they could do, and one of the staff from Joe's Tires was also standing at the counter. He suggested that I drive to Joe's Tires to see what was the matter. I took his advice. I was assisted immediately by another staff person. I was told that due to a small nail in the tire, the tire was losing pressure. He inflated the tire, and I drove home. My husband removed the nail. At no time, did anyone from Joe's Tires ask for compensation. We were very pleased!"
