Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"I was satisfied on how they snaked the sink multiple times and tested just to ensure that no more clog and water back flow. The reason for minus 1 star was because they were trying to charge me initially for more than $100 trip charge to purchase the coupling they needed to do the job on top of the service charge. I told them that it was frustrating and disappointing that for a $10.00 coupling I will be charged more than 10 times for a purchase trip charge. I accepted the charges cause I needed the service anyway. The techs went to their van to grab their tools and then told me that I was lucky that a customer had cancelled a service and so I can use the coupling they bought from before and won’t be charged for that. (How bizarre and coincidental!) Anyway, they also gave me a coupon discount and so I saved few more dollars. I was just thinking if I didn’t speak up would i get waived for the purchase trip charge they were claiming or was it really not necessary anyway and they were just trying to take advantage of my ignorance."

"Overpriced with inexperienced workers. Gave 4 stars after service because toilet wasn't straight at all and they said they would send out a $25 gift card which also never arrived. I don't care about the $ but that they lie about it. So petty but that's the way it goes. Anyway for those reasons it's a 1 star. Many other great smaller business plumbers who will do a better job and at a lower price. Use those please and save yourself the dissapointment"

"Our clean out was backing up. Called Roto Rooter on a rainy day . Sahid was out within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable and he knew exactly where the problem was. Unclogged the drain within minutes after my husband had been trying for an hour with a rented machine."

It was an evening prior to Wednesdays big rain, so it was vital that it got done Tuesday. He finished late but the unit worked perfectly and I am very happy with the work…as always."

Then I called back and they informed me that their service techs were in a meeting and someone was on the way. VANESSA showed up, quickly assessed the issues, ran the line, fixed the drain and was on the way in less time than expected. Absolutely giving 5/5 stars for Vanessa!"
