"The front desk person was nice. But the mechanic does not communicate with customers he actually didn't speak any english at all. I bought new tires to replace my two front tires because the tread was showing. Instead, they put the new tires in the back. Once I complained about it, some other mechanic told me that replacing the back tires is more important than the front. Which is not true, especially when your front tires are so much worse than the back and the tread are showing."
"Never trust their phone appointment confirmation. Had me drove all the way and once at the store, no oil change. Excuse was that they couldn’t hear gme on the phone while on the phone call everything went smooth. These guys aren’t serious about the business at all. No customer service. Extremely bad experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Also please no apology replies here from the owner, that strategy has failed big time. This is a no go zone for me."
