"This was my first time going to Hayward Honda Services and I had the best experience. Alex Angeles was my advisor and he was very professional, he scheduled a free Lyft to take me home and to pick me up. My car had to stay there longer than expected, he was very quick to provide assistance with a free loaner car. He kept me updated through out the day and when I picked up my car he also offered to wash it. It was a very pleasant experience and I will NOT be servicing my car anywhere else from now on.
