"A great way to renew my BLS certificate. The online portion took a little over an hour. The hands on portion with the mannequin and laptop gives you very helpful and instant feedback of your chest compressions and breathing. That part took less than 20 minutes or so. I got my certificate after I passed the hands on portion to my email. I would use it again because of the ease of both portions and time convenience. Also, there are plenty of locations in the Bay Area and below. Thank you."

"I booked the 8am time and was able to get inside the facility with the code provided, without any issues. Everything was clean and well put together. Each station was sectioned off from the others with plenty of space in between. At the entrance there was a QR code to the instructions video in case you wanted a refresher, which I did. The process was quick and somewhat easy. The voice prompt would correct you as needed. It took some getting used to at first, the second try was a success and I passed on the second round. I basically used the first round as my warm up and getting acquainted with the mannequin and following the voice prompt on where I needed improvement with chest compressions whether it was depth or speed. The computer screen also provides a great visual to see the ideal range for both compressions and breaths. I would highly recommend taking the exam here. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. This does not include the assignment prior to arriving which took about another hour."
