"Bought a sweater this last Friday 02/03 7PM. I took it out the bag on Monday 02/06 6PM and noticed a hole on the shoulder. I called the store at 6:25PM to ask if a picture of the receipt would suffice for an exchange. She said, let me put you on hold so I can ask a manager. I'm still on hold and it's 6:57PM. The store closes at 7pm. Turns out,I don't have the picture either. This specific Receipt is nowhere to be found. I now strongly believe that I clicked "No Receipt" on the keypad. Can get an exchange with credit card Statement description? I'll call again tomorrow."

"The manager that is on duty right now as I write this is terrible. Saturday, Oct 30th, 11 AM. She was a short African American lady. I guess she was training someone and I always greet people because I work retail myself. The manager literally told the guy she was training "you see if it were you to tell her hi first; she wouldn't even pay attention to you." First of all, just because you have a bad attitude doesn't mean everyone else does also. At check out she was telling the two girls in front that were helping with a return "I'm not going to say what I want because I'll get fired." Maybe you're in the wrong place to be working. Do better."

"WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The “Women” there have the worst attitude and dont help AT ALL. I spend over $3000 weekly. And such a good customer there! But ive had it. This is the reason on my review!! The store its self I love. Amazing prices! But the people there im sorry NO TYPE OF HELP. Always RUDE! You call them to see if they have an item in stock OVER 30 Minutes on hold. Including Managers. One of them never wears a mask, and you will always hear her complain and talk about the people! And also speaks to employees horrible. They really need to hire new and get rid of the staff."
