"I bought a pair of shoes from here that ended up falling apart. When I returned them, I was Shorted $150. After going around and around, it turns out the associate who checked me out used his phone number to get rewards. Since this was such a large purchase, he got a lot of rewards. I’m giving one star due to two reasons. 1. The staff treated me like I was trying to steal from them. I clearly wasn’t the person who was associated with the phone number . The name associated with the phone number used is Hispanic and I’m clearly not. 2. They did zero to try and make this right. I probably wouldn’t have taken anything, but there wasn’t even an offer. They really could have gained a loyal customer if they had responded appropriately. Hell, an I’m sorry from the store manager would have gone a long way."
"We went to the vacant Bloomingdale's in San Francisco. When I opened an account, as s free souvenir, 3 people rushed to open it. I bought underwear, Calvin Klein, and wanted some cargo pants. What we found was merchandise that appealed to Latin American dictators, and Russian oligarchs, and criminals on American Greed. Ridiculous merchandise all for women. Even their men's department is for women. I will never use the account. Only rich wannabes charge at a department store. Lol."

"It's bloomingdale's. You know what to expect. Lots of nice merchandise with great service from staff. There's three levels with women's on the second floor and men's and children stuff on the third floor. Their product is organized and sorted which makes shopping pleasing to the eye. Washrooms are clean and kept up. Happy to shop here."
