"Wait was suuper long soo many ppl had appointments that day which was odd. Why over book. I was late for work that day my appointment was at 6 got taken into that back room by 6:49 then sat in a chair for 7 minutes until I got up to ask how long then taken to another chair and the lady was rough on my teeth and left the wire hanging and vanished for a good 5 min and came back and finished and didn't ask for a bracket check like they ALWAYS do I didn't mention it because I was already late for work. Left past 7 pm arrived at 5:43"

"It’s kinda hard to get in, so work your schedule around theirs because they’re always booked so forget about rescheduling or canceling because it’ll probably be a month before getting a new appointment. With that being said, every appointment I’ve had, I received great service in a timely matter. The front desk is nice & everyone else is friendly! Great price on braces even if you don’t have insurance! Ive had no problems with mine & have 7/18 more months left."
